Introduction
In the last 10 years, I developed and expanded the operations of a highly successful consulting business, High Performance Concepts, with the Mission Statement: Design, develop and deliver world-class interventions to increase levels of performance in Management, Marketing and Media.
Through the application of customer-oriented sales and service techniques, I was able to correctly assess the needs of departmental and organizational operations, leading to the design and development of customized interventions to address employee development, management development, multi-level sales training.
Through extensive research, interventions of many types were created based on proven adult-learning precepts. Employing highly developed verbal, visual, and written communication skills, these programs and initiatives were delivered to operations throughout the UK, Europe, Australasia, South and North America.
